KO & CO.'s core belief is that we all have the ability to BE what we want to BE and ACHIEVE what we want to ACHIEVE. We contend that success is inevitable and that every client has the capacity to reach their peak potential and find true joy.
To that end, we provide a nonjudgmental collaborative coaching space to help clients identify goals, create and implement efficient and effective systems, take action, build confidence, find motivation and attain their greatest success.

About
KO & CO. was founded in 2024 by Kristin Oseychik. Kristin is an ACC Certified Life Coach through CoachEdu, who brings to the coaching space tremendous positivity and expert insight, while offering unwavering and meaningful support to all of her clients.
Kristin earned a BA in Psychology from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. She currently lives in Wayland with her amazing husband Scott and four Incredible girls.
In her free time, you will find Kristin; hiking up Mt Sunapee with her dog Mabel, swimming across Chalk Pond, traversing the Wayland aqueduct, paddle boarding, skiing or playing lacrosse. And you will always find her with a bright, infectious smile.
