KO & CO. Collaborative Divorce Coaching
Philosophy
At KO & CO., we recognize it is critical to offer a balance of support for both the emotional complexities of divorce and the tricky day to day communications and logistics. To that end, we offer wrap-around collaborative services specifically tailored to meet our clients needs, including: in-depth one on one coaching sessions; ongoing review and aid in de-escalating hostility through positive communication; creation of working systems for family schedules; and collaboration with key stakeholders (attorneys, GAL, PC, etc). We recognize how overwhelming and isolating the legal process can be and we will guide you through each step with compassion, patience and expertise.
About
I established KO & CO. in 2024. My personal experience rebuilding my life after a traumatic divorce, coupled with my legal and psychology background, makes me uniquely qualified to support you on your divorce journey. My deep understanding of the emotional stress you are experiencing will provide credibility and strengthen the trust between us as we work together to grapple with the realities of divorce, co-parenting and rebuilding.
I am an ACC Certified Life Coach through CoachEdu (ICF accredited). I bring to the coaching space long-term leadership roles, tremendous positivity and expert insight, while offering unwavering and meaningful support to all of my clients. I earned a BA in Psychology from Duke University (1998) and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law (2003).
